It was just a solid selection for a quick stopover in Orange with really good value. Pat gave us a fascinating tour of the hotel and shared some very nice history. Make sure to ask about the relics they found on-site.

The historic charm of the inn stands out with unique architectural details that reflect its rich past. The complimentary wine and cheese social hour provided a cozy ambiance to unwind and mingle with other guests.
Some rooms experience noise from the dining area, which could be bothersome for light sleepers wanting a quiet morning. While the breakfast served is delicious, the coffee strength might leave those who prefer a bolder flavor wanting more. I noticed that managing the room temperature could be a bit tricky at times, which might not suit everyone's comfort levels.

Everything was above and beyond my wildest dreams. The majestic hotel and the very nice personalized experience. One of the highlights was the fine hot tub in the Southern Charm room. It was deep and had relaxing jets!

The room was fairly quiet, and gorgeous, with a sitting area, iron/ironing board, and a stone fireplace I needed.

Perfect for Couples seeking a Romantic Getaway
The morning breakfast was divine. We had this very nice peppered sausage-seriously, I'm still craving it! The hosts were so cute, giving us a little tour and sharing the rich history of the place.
It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly it was worth it.
